Protocol for “Out-of-Area” Children to Access Special Needs Resourcing Services

About the Protocol

Purpose of the Protocol

To address service needs and funding requirements for children whose family home is one CMSM catchment area AND are accessing or planning to access Special Needs Resourcing Services in second CMSM catchment area
To facilitate timely communication between protocol partners and families

Client Population or Eligibility Criteria (eg., age; disability)

Children, aged birth to 12 years, with extra support needs who live in Lennox & Addington and access services in Frontenac County
